We do not offer refund once your subscription has been successfully charged.
TWO options to cancel your membership: 1) CLICK on the "cancel now" on the email you received from LaunchPass when you first signed up. 2) Send a cancellation email request to email@example.com. PLEASE NOTE, CANCELLATION request must be done BEFORE the end of your billing cycle. Check your LAUNCHPASS email when you first signed up for the approximate date, which is usually 30 days after the sign up date.
If you would like to upgrade your membership plan, please cancel the current plan using the LAUNCHPASS email that you received at the beginning when you first signed up (refer to CANCELLATION section above). Then register to the new plan on our website. You can always contact support for further assistance.
